Smart nano sensing materials are the foundation for constructing new types of flexible smart electronic devices. Due to the unique porous network structure and open geometry, three-dimensional micro/nano-structured materials composed of arrays of nanowires/nanorods/nanoplates usually exhibit superior physical and chemical properties and are ideal gas sensing and biosensing materials. Carbon nanomaterials such as graphene and CNTs have excellent mechanical flexibility and tunable electrical properties. The construction of high-quality, large-area sensing films is of great scientific significance for the realization of high-performance flexible smart sensors. Bionic micro/nano-structures are crucial for constructing structured and patterned flexible substrates and nano sensing materials, and highly sensitive and multifunctional flexible sensors.
