Research:

The progress of society and the development of science and technology have gradually brought human civilization into a new era of intelligence. High-performance micro-nano intelligent sensing devices based on functional nanomaterials are an important component and basic support of the intelligent information system in the post-Moore's Law era. The development of flexible and miniaturized new nano-intelligent devices is at the forefront of the intersection of nanoscience, materials science, semiconductor technology and sensor technology. And it is expected to provide strong support for the strategic development of China's Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, health care, environmental monitoring, intelligent robots and other related industries.

The research group focuses on the research direction of "smart materials and micro-nano sensor devices for multi-dimensional information detection": Research on high-performance nano-intelligent materials and bionic structure controllable preparation methods, combining high-efficiency printed electronics manufacturing technology and MEMS micro-nano manufacturing technology to form a functional fusion micro-nano intelligent sensing integrated device. It is planned to break through the bottleneck of material-level, device-level and system-level micro-nano intelligent device technology, realize multi-material and multi-device integrated multi-functional intelligent devices and micro-systems, and explore its physical mechanism and to achieve industrial applications.
