2. Job responsibilities:

　Prof. Ting Zhang's group, a research group on smart nanomaterials and sensing technology focuses on the basic research, frontier technology research and application research of smart sensing technology. The research is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Jiangsu Province/Guangdong Province, and enterprise-university-research cooperation, etc. The research fields include micro-nano physics, chemistry, biosensors, wearable smart materials and devices, synthesis and functionalization of nano-functional materials, flexible electronics and micro-electronics manufacturing, medical instruments, environmental analysis, robotics, human-computer integration and other strategic emerging areas, and focuses on interdisciplinary, integration and integration. Innovation. According to the research needs, the following positions are recruited.

   (1) Synthesis, assembly and functionalization of smart nanomaterials and sensitive nanomaterials;  

   (2) Develop flexible low-power neuromorphic device devices;  

   (3) Develop bionic perception system integrated with sensing, memory and computation;  

   (4) Using algorithm to build intelligent human-computer interaction interface.  

3. Job requirements:

　(1) PhD degree. Major in microelectronics, artificial intelligence, micro/nano processing or related field;

    (2) Solid basic professional knowledge and rich experimental experience, familiar with the subject of the post to be applied;

    (3) Good learning and communication skills, strong English reading and writing skills, high sense of responsibility.

4. Post treatment:

　　The salary and welfare benefits are implemented according to the regulations of Suzhou Institute of Nanotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the state, providing monthly salary + performance + year-end awards. At present, the basic postdoctoral salary of the Institute is more than 150,000 yuan per year, plus project performance and year-end bonus. The post-doctoral workstation in the park will work in the park after leaving the station, and will receive a subsidy of 300,000 yuan for housing purchase in Suzhou. Postdoctoral candidates with outstanding performance can be given priority to stay in the residence after leaving the station.
